Every year, I look at the recent CaRMS data from the most recent medical residency match, but this may one of the worst years that I've ever seen for certain specialties. As of 2023, there continues to be a growing problem with newly graduated doctors that I think is slowly setting our healthcare system up for collapse... In this video we'll be going over the most competitive medical specialties, the least competitive medical specialties, how IMG applicants did in the most recent match and why the healthcare system is going to be in a lot of trouble if we don't do something to fix the current issues with interest in family medicine.
