"Feeling dizzy" means different things to different people but it usually relates to one of 3 different sensations:
1. Vertigo when the room feels like its spinning around
2. Light headedness when you feel faint, before you pass out
3. Loss of balance being unsteady on your feet
In this video, we talk more about these 3 types of dizziness, what causes them and how to manage them.
I made a separate video on light headedness and feeling faint you can check that out here: • Feeling faint
One of the treatments for BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) is the Epley manoeuvre here's a link to an external video on this so you can see what it looks like: • Epley Maneuver to Treat BPPV Dizziness
For medications that you can buy over the counter for symptoms of vertigo do speak to your pharmacist.
Hope you find it useful!
