In many ways, ADU Grants are just one quick sugar high. You get the money once and get hundreds of ADUs and then the money is gone. But if we set up a rotating fund that helps secure lowinterest construction loans, then the same money can work over and over to help ADU development year after year. It still saves homeowners a lot of money and headache by making the financing cheaper and can potentially save you a lot more than $40,000 in the long run!
