Ingredients
500 grams Lubricating lamb
1 kilo of meat
1 teaspoon salt If we want to keep it outside the refrigerator add more salt
1 cup boiling water

Hummus ingredients
1 cup boiled chickpeas
¼ cup ice water or ice
Quarter cup of lemon juice
A third of a cup of tahini
salt

Boil the meat in 1 cup of water until fully cooked
Then remove the fat and add it to the meat and stair two minutes
