The BANNED CrossFit Games Athlete; Ricky Garard

Ricky Garard's career in #CrossFit has been truly #inspirational for many. The #Australian athlete is known for his great body physique, fitness, and stamina. However, in 2017, he faced perhaps the most #embarrassing and demeaning loss of his CrossFit career. Nevertheless, he came back stronger than ever, this time fueled with more #passion and #dedication to become the #champion.

In 2017, Ricky Garard participated in the annual CrossFit games and dominated the competition. He secured the third podium position along with Matthew Fraser coming in at 1st and Brent Fikowski at 2nd place. The event was a huge success for him, and he was on the road to receive a massive $76,000 cheque for his performance. But as is with all CrossFit games, the athletes must undergo a compulsory #drugtest.
