SS190 scores high because of it's ability to penetrate virtually almost all soft armor and IIIA helmets, but it's still limited on overall penetration depths of 911" in gel. The same with SS198LF. It has rifle like velocities, but it's penetration depths are 79" MAX in gel and that alone drops it on my list.
