Today I bring you a new recipe for cheesecake, without oven, made with a topping of apple and caramel sauce. The apple is cooked and caramelized in the caramel sauce itself, resulting in a delicious topping.
✎ Ingredients:
For the cheesecake:
Cream cheese (450 g)
Whipping cream (90 ml)
Icing sugar (70 g)
Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon)
For the layer apple and caramel:
Apples (2)
Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
Lemon juice (a splash)
Sugar (150 g)
Butter (90 g)
Whipping cream (80 ml)
Salt (a pinch)
For the biscuit base:
Digestive biscuits (150 g)
Butter (60 g)
