40g (4 tbsp) cornstarch
100g (5 tbsp) sour cream

For glaze:
100g chocolate
80ml (0.4 cup) cream

Baking pan 24cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for about 80 minutes, then leave in the oven with the door open for another 30 minutes.
Leave the cake in the fridge overnight

6 pieces of apricots

Bake for 60 minutes at 160℃ (320℉) degrees
