Let's talk about the best diet for autism. This is the overview and percentages of macros so you can create a meal plan for someone with autism.

This structure could potentially help provide significant improvements in the communication skills, sociability, cognitive function, demeanor, and selfcontrol of someone with autism.

The typical ketogenic diet:
• 5% carbs
• 20% protein
• 75% fat

I think someone with autism should do the healthy version of keto by adding more fat (8090% fat) and keeping the ingredients healthy. I would suggest that 25% of the fat be MCT oil. MCT oil can immediately give the person ketones. This will feed the cells directly to help promote improvement in the brain tissue. It may also be good to bring the person's carbohydrates down to 1020g.

The healthy version of keto would consist of a lot of nonstarchy vegetables with a lot of fiber, a lot of leafy greens, or green powder. The person may want to avoid dairy, casein, gluten, and ghee.

The diet could consist of foods, such as:
• Fatty meat/fatty sausage
• Coconut oil
• Tallow
• Eggs
• Fatty fish
• Fatty nuts

You would also want to add electrolytes, B vitamins, and trace minerals to the diet.
