The BEST Keto Donuts Ever!

Well! This is certainly the best Keto Donuts I have tasted yet. We give you lots of tips and tricks to achieve the same result and enjoy a yummy guiltfree donut at just 1g net carb per large donut. We show you how to make keto donuts using both oven & machine method, and they are sugar/glutenfree. Please note the nutritional information will very much depend on the brand of Coconut Flour you use. To that end, I have included the macros for 3 brands of Coconut Flour: Niulife (the brand I use), Trader Joe’s and Anthony’s below the ingredients.


SERVING:
The total weight of your dough should be about 224g. If you’re making large donuts you will get 6 donuts if you use approximately 37g of the dough for each donut.
If you wish to make mini donuts you will be able to make 32 minis if you use 7g of dough for each.

INGREDIENTS:
32g/4 tbsp Coconut Flour
62g/4 tbsp Sweetener
8g/2 tsp Baking Powder
68g/ 4 ½ tbsp Butter, melted then cooled
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 Egg, at room temperature
1 tsp Food Coloring/Essence** If you are making different flavors

DECORATING INGREDIENTS:
Glaze:
90g 90% Chocolate/SugarFree Chocolate Chips or White Chocolate Chips
(If your chocolate is not melting well, add 1 tbsp Coconut Oil)
20g Butter
Additional: Crushed Pecan Nuts/Walnuts, Shredded Coconut

If you love Cinnamon flavors, add equal parts of powdered sweetener and cinnamon powder to a bowl and combine. Coat the donut with melted butter then dust generously with cinnamon sweetener.

Nutritional Information for 1 Mini Donut:
Cal: 23.2| Net Carb: 0g | Fibre: 0.43g | Total Carbs: 0.4g | Fat: 2g | Protein: 0.37g

Trader Joe’s Coconut Flour:
Nutritional Information for 1 Large Donut:
Cal: 127| Net Carb: 1.7g | Fibre: 2.5g | Total Carbs: 4.2g | Fat: 11g | Protein: 2g
Nutritional Information for 1 Mini Donut:
Cal: 23.7| Net Carb: 0.3g | Fibre: 0.47g | Total Carbs: 0.78g | Fat: 2.1g | Protein: 0.37g

Anthony’s Coconut Flour:
Nutritional Information for 1 Large Donut:
Cal: 121.6| Net Carb: 1g | Fibre: 2.3g | Total Carbs: 3.3g | Fat: 10.8g | Protein: 1.7g
Nutritional Information for 1 Mini Donut:
Cal: 22.8| Net Carb: 0.2g | Fibre: 0.44g | Total Carbs: 0.62g | Fat: 2.03g | Protein: 0.31g
