3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced
3 tbsp vinegar
3 bay leaves
3 tbsp fermented black beans (washed and drained)
Hot water
3/4 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Red and green bell peppers, sliced

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (PORK RIBS BBQ and POTATO SALAD)
12 kilogram pork ribs
1 pack barbecue marinade (any brand)

SIMPLE YET DELICIOUS POTATO SALAD:
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise (add more if needed)
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
Salt and pepper to taste
