The Best Stuffed Chicken You May Ever Eat | Easy and Delicious Stuffed Chicken

One of my Favorite things to cook with a chicken breast. This stuffed chicken is simply bursting with flavor as well as oozing with cheesy goodness. The filling is heavenly, and the presentation is easily stunning! We slow down a bit in this one to make sure we don't lose you along the journey, so feel free to cook along!

Chicken rub:
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder


Ranch style seasoning:
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chives
1/2 Tbsp dill
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder

Filling:
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup Parmesan
4 Tbsp ranch style seasoning
1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
Optional 1 cup breadcrumbs
Blend until combined.

Recipe:
Pound 46 chicken breasts to an even thickness and cut an opening lengthwise. Stuff with spoonfuls of filling and squeeze closed as shown. Rub with dry rub on both sides. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and top with butter, a few sprigs of thyme, 1 crushed garlic clove and a slice of lemon. Optional, drizzle with lemon juice. Bake in oven at 400 for 1824 minutes until internal temperature of 165F. To help get a beautiful brown, you may want to turn the oven to broil around 1315 minutes in, for the last few minutes. Another great way to get a really perfect color, is too sear and a skillet on medium heat for one to two minutes on each side before popping into the oven!
