Two months ago, OpenAI revolutionized the AI landscape by releasing its custom GPTs. We are now able to create custom versions of ChatGPT that combine instructions, extra knowledge, and other skills to fit specific use cases in our lives. It's pretty awesome! Further, with the ability to add 'actions' to these custom GPTs, we can begin to build out automated personal assistants and other types of GPT bots that can perform the mundane tasks of our day to day workflows so that we can focus on the more important challenges our businesses are facing.

In this video, I'll guide you through creating a personalized GPT assistant to automate tasks within your business' apps. We'll begin by setting up our custom GPT in OpenAI customizing its name, personality, and rules of engagement. Next, we'll integrate this assistant with Zapier to enable features like composing and sending emails, and managing deals and contacts in your CRM.
