This engine was donated to me cause it was way past it’s end of life and the person that owned it Gave here a full Throttle parked send off till it just had no more in her to give! So We will be giving this old girl a second lease on life in this video! I have no idea how bad anything was till actually opened it up and looked inside! Funny enough this Engine suffered the worst case Destruction you can have before a rod comes through the side of the case!

This Video can be used for 50cc, 80cc, 100cc, 110cc, Phantom85 and pretty much anything with 2 cycle bicycle bottom half in custom builds Like Minarelli and Such, but your top end may vary. But if you are that far advanced you probably won't need this video anyhow! All these kits all follow the same rules of being built or taken apart. Only few variations in parts and such which each part will give you a detailed list of!

I will be doing every nut and bolt on this Engine to Spec Torque rated installs. Do you have to do this? Nope! Simple common sense and a bit of patience is all you need! I just did it by the book and now you have an idea of how you need to attack the project you are about to do!

Each section will be listed below! First chapter “The Book Of Mass Destruction” We will be taking every nut & bolt all the way down to the Crank Web Pin and giving you a step by step of how you break each part down. Few options for some parts and ways you can do things such as bottom half bearings and stuff along those lines!

The Second section Is “The Book Of Recreation” lolz! Notice theme here? This section will be on Rebuilding this pile of parts we now have back into an Engine you could buy ready to run out of the box. Pretty much everything from testing Magneto to which way your Magnet goes on. How to test and replace crank seals. How to install a crank or your Clutch shaft. I get asked these questions over and over again.

It does not seem all the information on any of this Exists in one place with details information and a step by step of how it all actually happens in real time videos you can see. So we will be trying to make the most detailed Step by step you can find on YouTube of the Whole breakdown and rebuild process.

This will be a “Stock Engine” Type breakdown and rebuild! There is just to many custom parts out there to try cover all that in one video! B ut this will give you a very good start even for those types of rebuilds and such. 99.9% of all that follows same kinds of processes with slightly different parts!
