Nottingham Forest are 90 minutes from the Premier League.

After 23 years of life outside the top flight, this is the closest they have been to promotion in that time. That they are even in this position is down to one man Steve Cooper.

Taking over from Chris Hughton in September with the club rooted to the bottom of the Sky Bet Championship, Cooper has inspired his men to climb the table to the brink of the automatic promotion places and, after overcoming Sheffield United in the PlayOff semi final, only Carlos Corberan's Huddersfield Town stand between them and a return to the big time.
