In this video, I'll be showcasing our 2023 trip to the IDEA World Conference in Los Angeles. The IDEA world fitness convention has been one of, if not the, biggest events for trainers to attend for many years now.

While I won't delve directly into what we learned in each session, I'll show you what sessions we went to, the IDEA World fitness expo and what else we did during our time in California. At the end, I'll give IDEA World a new score on our tier list. Will it remain at an S? Or has it been downgraded? Watch to find out!
