The Border Reivers were known for raiding the lands on either side of the ScottishEngland Border.
Between the 13th and 17th centuries, the Reivers were a law unto themselves, living in the disputed lands between two countries.
in 1525, Gavin Dunbar, the Archbishop of Bishop of Glasgow placed a curse on the Reivers that some believe still hold today.
Follow my adventures as I travel through the landscapes and history of Scotland. I make quick, quirky and (hopefully) funny content about Scotland's past, people and scenery.
I look for the hidden stories, forgotten people and beautiful scenery of Scotland and try to find the funny in the darkness, obscurity and occasional absurdity of our history.
