This all seems like small things... right?! But have you looked into the price of culverts lately because they are pricey and therefore this seems like a big deal to me These are the little jobs that need to be done before the big appearance changes happen. Coming up soon will be getting the front of the building redone to look a little more aesthetically please and adding doors, then cleaning the outside of the building and prepping for PAINT (which I just bought.
