Lady Whistledown is the mysterious society gossip and critique, played by Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan). The book and series is about the marriages of the Bridgerton Children, Anthony, Benedict, Colin (Luke Newton), Daphnie, Eloise, Francesca, George, and Hyacinth as they and the other families of Regency England, including the Featherington Family see who dominates each social season... and who becomes Queen Charlotte's favourite and dimaond.
