For carnivore chili leave out spices and season to your taste. To make the chili my ketovore version of Cincinnati style chili add the following.
1 lb ground beef (do not brown)
1/2 cup beef broth of choice
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste (12 tsp recommended)
Use a stick blender after the chili is cooked for a smooth texture for an authentic Cincinnati style chili experience.
