Liverpool's Cheapest Houses and High Street

A video today in which I blend two of my favourite topics, high streets and cheap houses. Liverpool has always been on my list of places to check out for a video, but also just to visit as I have never been before.
I was really blown away by how great of a city it is, for many different reasons. The high street is actually doing a lot better than most areas I go to. It is sad to see some of the giant old grand buildings left empty however.

The houses I visited were all in a terrible state but it was interesting to compare these to the £1 house scheme that the council offered in Liverpool a few years ago, and how that regeneration actually worked. So the houses may not be in the best shape, but I do think it is a great place to buy.

The people were amazing in Liverpool, everyone was so friendly, and I really am looking forward to another visit.
