This route has always been a goal to film ever since I watched the Dirty Jobs pilot episode with Mike Rowe. A lot has changed since that episode was filmed; the sack isn’t used any more, no more unlimited collection, and everything is carted collection. But the route was the most difficult one to film ever.

Thanks to the garbage crew for letting us film and sharing some knowledge with us about the history of this route.
