I was sharing with someone the other day that when it comes to The Cradle, I feel like I'm always having to start over.


Do you ever feel like when you’re ready to start something new, there’s so much that brings fear? I think for me it's probably because I put myself 100% in the project that I'm working on, that I don't leave room for failure


As someone in business I feel like I have to be ok with starting afresh.​ I am allowed to be scared. I am allowed to face this fear and strategize how I can overcome it. The only way for me is UP.


There's always something new that I want to bring to the centre and I know that ultimately I am going to create the child centre of all child centres, just as I see it in my dreams.
