1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

Remaining ingredients

¾ pound (340 grams) ricotta
½ pound (226 grams) fontina cheese shredded
¾ cup (180 grams) heavy cream
8 ounces (226 grams) baby spinach steamed, drained
