There are many ways you can build a home. This can be a spec home, through a builder. When you close, you would be closing on the land and the improvements to the land all at one time.

Another way to build is to purchase a vacant lot, maybe out in the country. It is nice to have a brand new home but of course, there are pros and cons to both Building a New Construction Home and, Buying An Existing Home.

While the homebuying process involves several important choices, one of the very first decisions buyers need to make is whether to shop for an existing home or build a new one.
