This Powershot G2, the distant relative of the Powershot G9 is a CCD digital camera from 2001 with only 4MP but RAW files it is an extremely interesting camera to use today. Comparing images from the G2 with a medium format film camera like the Mamiya RB67 delivers surprising results. The filmlike shooting experience of the G2 is what makes this camera so compelling for photography if you like the film look.
