The Dog Bone

Alright guys, I have some up coming projects that i will need a dowel jig for. So I made my own, and it's self centering. whether im working with 1" stock or 4+" stock, there are no adjustments. I built this out of scrap wood and a $3 bronze spacer that i bought from my local hardware store. The shape of this is completely for ascetics and you could simple keep yours rectangle. I call mine The Dog Bone.
