Lying on your back is pretty much one of the most excruciating positions you can sleep in if you suffer from sciatic pain. While sleeping flat on your back, it simply pinches the sciatic nerve which causes a lot of discomfort to the sufferer and thus making it very difficult to fall asleep. In this video, I am going to share with you some of the tips and do's and don'ts that will help you get a better sleep at nights even if you are experiencing chronic sciatic pain.
