Complete coverage of Event 6 from the Men's and Women’s Individual competitions at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, TX. Held on Saturday, October 29, “The Duel II” was an eliminationstyle, multiround event leading to a showdown between the two top performers in each division. The following gauntlet was repeated in each round:
1 Legless Rope Climb
10 Overhead Squat (135/95)
Sandbag Carry to Finish (200/150)

With athletes racing to the finish line and often diving over their 200LB / 150LB sandbags to do so, there was plenty of drama down the stretch in these headtohead heats. Justin Medeiros sought to create some breathing room atop the leaderboard on the men’s side, while Laura Horvath looked to make it an incredible 4 straight event wins and continue her dominant weekend.
