3 Μεγάλες πατάτες
4 Φλάσκες μελιτζάνες
700 γρμ κιμάς μόσχου 60/40 με χοιρινό η αρνί
2 Κρεμμύδια ξερά
2 Σκελίδες σκόρδο
200 γρμ ντοματοπολτό
2 Κουταλιές πελτέ ντομάτας
10 Φυλλαράκια μαϊντανό
2 Φύλλα δάφνης
100 γρμ ελαιόλαδο
1 Λίτρο γάλα
100 γρμ αλεύρι
100 γρμ βούτυρο
