I bought the Elliptigo standup mountain bike about two months ago. I found that riding my old mountain bike was difficult as I was too hunched over. This aggravated some of my symptoms related to the L3L5 lumbar fusion (TLIF) I had in May 2021.

The Elliptigo stand up bike allows me to be in an upright position the entire time as the platform is raised and the handlebars are high. There is no seat and I think you get a much better workout then you would on a regular bike. Check out their website for more information!
