The End of KFRC
On August 11, 1986, The Big 610, KFRC in San Francisco dropped the top 40 format that had catapulted it into the #1 position in the Bay Area for more than a decade. This tribute, from KXTV, News10, in Sacramento, aired three days earlier, on Aug. 8, as the KFRC personalities said their final farewells.
