Leveraging the Power of the Horneyvian and Harmonic Triads.

We have preferences in how we strategise to get what we want (Horneyvians), and how we react when we don't get what we want (Harmonics). Out of selfprotection our Enneagram Type tends to rely on fixed patterns for this, oftentimes leading to tension, misunderstandings and (inner) conflict.
And: we mostly never really get what we want and need in the end. In this workshop, we explore the theme of social and conflict styles with a powerful exercise supporting us in letting our fixated, singleminded attitude evolve step by step. Come and bring your challenge and experience how you can deescalate and resolve tension or conflict.


Biography
Natacha Ciezkowski is an ‘Enneagram Evangelist’. As a teacher, trainer, researcher and coach, she always finds guidance in the wisdom of the Enneagram. She spreads that inspiration and wisdom to (Enneagram) coaches, leaders, teams and seekers all over the world.
Natacha is an IEA Accredited Enneagram Professional, a Certified Enneagram Practitioner (Russ Hudson & iEQ9), Certified Enneagram Teacher (Russ Hudson), Professional Certified Coach (ICF) with 10+ years of practical experience, a mentor of Enneagram Coaches, a proud member of the Enneagram Faculty for Integrative Enneagram Solutions, a host in her own Enneagram Community of Practice (in Dutch www.9gram.academy) and soon hopes to be the author of a practical book on TriadicCoaching© with the Enneagram.
