Friends, today I decided to cook the famous meltinthemouth classic American Cinnamon Rolls cinnabons.
It's very tasty and beautiful!

Recipe and cooking method:
250 ml warm milk.
2.5 teaspoons (8 g) dry yeast.
70 grams of sugar.
Mix and leave on for 510 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
80g melted butter.
2 eggs.
Sift 525 g flour through a sieve.

Mix well.
Gradually add flour.
Knead the dough in a bowl.
It is very important to add flour while constantly stirring the dough.
Dust the table well with flour.
Knead the dough on the table.
The dough should be smooth and very soft.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.

Mix in 1 tbsp cane sugar.
Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Mix well.
The dough has risen well.
Put the dough on the table.
Repeat after me.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
The dough should be 50/30 cm.
Brush the dough with melted butter.
60 g soft butter.
Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon sugar.
Roll the teto into a roll.
Repeat after me.
Cut the dough into 1516 pieces.
Repeat after me.
Place the buns on a greased baking sheet.
Cover with cling film and set in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 2530 minutes.
Mix 140 g cream quark (Almette, Hochland, Violette).
Add 23 tablespoons powdered sugar.
Gradually add a few tablespoons of milk.
Mix well with a mixer.
While our rolls are hot, grease them with creamy mass.
