This is a quick and easy way to farm for the divine punishment blueprint. You WILL NEED a FIRE ATTTRIBUTE DESCENDANT for this method; if you don't have one you can do a different void fragment mission in a different zone.

Step 1 Teleport to Lost Supply Depot Tactical Transporter in Vespers.
Step 2 Do the Zone Recon Mission(mission right below the transporter).
Step 3 Do the Void Fragment Mission(right above Zone Recon Mission) 23 times while the Zone Recon Mission is on cooldown.
Step 4 Repeat steps 2 and 3, until you have enough Amorphous Material 014 and Void Shards.
Step 5 Run up the map and do the Void Fusion Reactor Mission(you will need enough void shards to do this mission), once you complete the mission use the reconstruction device and try to get the blueprint.
