For all the Muslims in northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Eid alFitr, which marks the end of the month of Ramadan, is the happiest time of the year. Some unique delicacies accompany the celebration of the festival, and also it is the time for the family members of Hui Muslims to get together.
