The city is built on top of my custom Pittsburgh, PA elevation map link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile... and is created 100% freehand referencing my own knowledge of the city from visiting and google earth. All buildings are placed manually with RICO or with procedural objects for a true 1:1 look and feel. My mod list can be found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...

I plan on finishing the city in its present form so that I can use it as a basis to improve traffic, improve walkability, increase transit options and opportunities, and complete highway removal/covering projects.

An example of a future project Extending the “T” Trolley line to Oakland/Shadyside as well as the Strip District (which I plan to rezone into mixeduses) and Lawrenceville.
