Update: Nov. 10, 2023

There have been some important developments since this story aired last February.

Robert G. Miller stepped down as CEO of Future Electronics and sold the company for $5 billion.

Montreal police have reopened their investigation, but no charges have been laid as of Nov. 10, 2023.

Fortyone women who say Miller paid them for sex when they were underage have launched a classaction lawsuit against the billionaire and Future Electronics. That lawsuit hasn't been certified by a judge.

Three other individual lawsuits, with claims totalling nearly $30 million, have also been filed. Miller contests all of these lawsuits.
