In 18 months we have not been able to make a part and I am paying $23,000 per month for this machine, we have to do something about that. The machine has been relocated to my buddies shop with the hopes that they can come up with work arounds to deal with the shortcomings of the machine. HAAS has promised to make sure I am taken care of but all that they have done so far is suspend my payments for 6 months which ended in December. So I am paying again and no one from HAAS has followed up with me since July of last year... This is a true case of David vs Goliath. Where do things go from here? I wish i knew.... We had to take matters in to our own hands on how to deal with the HAAS Machine and its future with us.
