In this video, I’m making a delicious and healthy chicken wrap with mozzarella cheese. It's a simple recipe that's packed with flavor and perfect for any meal. Here’s what I used and how I made it:

Ingredients:

1/2 chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 pointed pepper, chopped
1/3 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil (you can use 2 tbsp if you prefer)
120g grated mozzarella cheese
A baguette, halved

Instructions:
Combine the sliced chicken with chopped onions, garlic, and bell pepper in a bowl.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, and olive oil. Feel free to add any other spices you like.
Mix everything well, cover, and let it marinate in the fridge for 1 hour to enhance the flavors. If you're in a hurry, you can skip the marinating and directly cook it without oil.
Heat a pan and sauté the mixture for 57 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Place the cooked chicken mixture into the halved baguette and top with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Wrap the sandwich in foil to prevent the bread from drying out, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°F (80°C).
