The highest offer doesn't always win in real estate

Many homebuyers are not able to understand why a seller of a home accepted a lower priced offer from a competing buyer. After reading this you may be wondering "WHY" yourself. It's actually simple to understand once you know what is MOST important to the owner of the home you want to buy.

In this video I explain that the seller received 3 different offers from 3 different buyers and the owner accepted the lowest priced offer. You might be thinking this seller is crazy. The reality was that this seller was very WISE. They understood that the offering price is only one factor to consider then it came to selling their home. For them, the timing and date they would have to deliver possession of their home to the buyer was VERY important because they dreaded the idea of having to make a double move.

Over the next month I will share with you 10 other examples I have seen where the seller did NOT want to accept the highest price offer. By watching and understanding the reasons these sellers were willing to take less will help you get the house you want especially when you are in a competitive multiple offer real estate market.
