For this episode of Lazy Susan Fusion's all new fusion recipe, I made a pretty darn tasty and authentic chicken pad thai, but then I turned it all inside out and put it into spring roll fried dumplings.

Was it difficult, YES.
Were they tasty, YES.
Was it worth it... still not sure.

It was lighter and more snackable that classic Chicken Pad Thai, but there's something about a comfort food that you don't get when it's so hard to make.
