For those interested in becoming coaches, I recommend finding a practice partner to gain experience and learn from mistakes. Seek out individuals willing to provide feedback and data so you can make informed choices.

It's essential to practice and learn, whether or not you're getting paid for it. If you can't find practice partners among friends and family, consider reaching out to coaching programs at local schools.
