The Indigenous Leadership Opportunity Year (ILOY) at the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) is one of our unique and rewarding educational programs and entry plans for Indigenous Peoples.

The program is designed to challenge and provide students like you with individual, group, and cultural experiences that help build your indigenous selfidentity, confidence, leadership, and life skills. Through it all, you will be paid at rank level and receive free tuition and books with no obligation to remain in the CAF.
