I've been asked many times to go over the worst case I've ever heard of. I've often avoided the topic, because I've either thought "you've probably already heard of it" or "I'm not ready to tell one like that". Well, here it is.

A lot of detail on this one will definitely be hard to hear, but a lot of channels tend to leave it vague at "torture" and then that leaves a lot of people wondering "how is this one the worst?". Well, now you know.
