When fixing rounded shoulders & neck hump, there’s one thing people tend to get wrong. People often miss a step. To fix poor posture you need to insure you correct ALL 3 areas that distort your shape… You need to stretch muscles that pull you into bad posture. Strengthen weak muscles that lack the power and stamina to hold you straight and upright. And you need to mobilise the joints in the spine and torso that have seized up in a rounded, hunched shape. Mobilisation is the most commonly overlooked step, but in most people it’s the most important. In this video I show one of the best posture exercises that addresses all 3 areas.
