Why hasn't Mother 3 been localized in the West?

I'm Moony: a lawyer. This is our most law heavy video to date. We will take an in depth look into the modern state of music copyright law, including topics such as fair use, parody, sampling, and more you might even learn some music theory and business philosophy!

All this, to understand why Nintendo will NEVER release Mother 3 in the West... at least, not in the way that it currently exists!
