Darkwood has a story full of mystery and intrigue the inhabitants of an area in Poland have been trapped within a rapidly expanding forest while also suffering from a strange disease that mutates them into monsters or makes them wander off into the woods never to be seen again. By finding a variety of lore items hidden in its environments and speaking to the people that still live in the forest, the mystery of the disaster can be unveiled as well as the personal stories of those that still live under its boughs.
