MentalHealthMonday is an augmentation of the campaign that is Known as #GetHomeSafe. After our 3 years of mental health and wellness outreach, we came to realize that there were three questions that needed answers. Who are the therapist and what is their field of focus. What is wellness and who can I find to lead me through this experience. Circling back we are creating a space for those that deal with #depression, #anxiety #suicidalthoughts , #adhd & #thespectrum to have unfiltered discussion about their experiences.
