Moose Pond has amazing views of the McKenzie Range, Moose Mountain, and Whiteface Mountain in the distance. Many say this small pond has the best paddling views in the entire Adirondack park. Moose Pond has a diverse shoreline dotted with unique rocks formations, a wetland teaming with wildlife, sandy beaches, primitive campsites, and a few other surprises we can't wait to show you. This paddle is a great way to spend a few hours if your looking for things to do while visiting Lake Placid or Saranac Lake.
